REPORT Page
In an effort to help our customers ensure they are receiving Images for their packages we have implemented a new REPORT area for Delivery Callbacks. This newly added REPORT Page can be used in many different ways; for example to search for packages where the Mailed Callback has failed. This would indicate the customer did not receive the callback for the given package(s) and as a result of the Failed callback would not know if the package was in-fact Mailed and that they could request the images for the given package(s). Users can also run a report for packages where the Mailed callback was successfully sent but the GetDeliverImages request has either Failed or was NotRequested.
Click the side arrow at the top of the page and select REPORT.

The Account field defaults to All customers. If you want to run a report on a single account, click the account from the list above. Use the Clear button at any time if you need to reset all of the fields to their defaults.
Choose the Callback Type of Mailed, Cancelled, Error, Printed, Processing or Tracking Number from the dropdown list.
The Callback Status dropdown includes Successful, Failed, or Not Requested.
Selecting the GetDeliveredImage is Failed or NotRequested checkbox will default and disable the Callback Type and Callback Status dropdowns. The resulting report will identify transaction(s)/package(s) where the Mailed callback was successfully sent but the GetDeliverImages request has either Failed or was NotRequested.
Clicking Search will conduct the search and generate the report results at the bottom of the page grouped by customer.

Column entries include Account ID, EDS ID, Passthrough ID, Loan Number, Callback Type, Callback Status, and Event Date. If you select the GetDeliveredImage is Failed or NotRequested checkbox, the column entries will change to Account ID, EDS ID, Passthrough ID, Loan Number, Mailed Event Date, Get Delivered Image Status, and Get Delivered Image Date.
Clicking on any search results entry will display the EDS Request Details and the Delivery Audit Log.
